Government will be providing more housing solutions on Crown Lands at Searles in Christ Church.
Minister of Housing, Lands and Maintenance Dwight Sutherland says the 18 acres was once owned by Searles Plantation and acquired by the last Government in 2016.
He says it was earmarked then for a school.
Minister Sutherland says Government saw it fit for housing.
He was speaking as he led off a Resolution to vest the land in the National Housing Corporation.
