The expertise of the China Medical Team to Barbados continues to add value to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital’s human resources.
That’s according to Director of Medical Services Mr. Anthony Harris who says the healthcare professionals from large comprehensive hospitals in China, specialising in various fields including traditional Chinese medicine, provide specialities that are sometimes unavailable at QEH.
He was speaking at the 7th Chinese Medical Team showcase of their traditions on the hospital’s first floor.
During the showcase, members of the Chinese medical team displayed some of their culture, including a two thousand-year-old Chinese piano.
Captain of the 7th China Medical Team Dr. Ao Meng says she is pleased with the response to the showcase.
