More fiscal space to boost development plans

Government has a lot more elbow room to undertake its social transformation agenda, due in part to the fiscal space now afforded through the recent debt for climate swap and the green economy.

This was expressed by Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Kerrie Symmonds.

He made the remark during a farewell reception for Japanese Ambassador Kayoko Fukushima at the Consulate.
