The inaugural Mediation Week began this weekend with a church service at the James Methodist Church.
It celebrates the Supreme Court Mediation Department which was first put in place to provide litigants with the possibility of having their disputes confidentially mediated, by trained mediators.
Mediation Coordinator Theo Franklyn has encouraged Barbadians to consider mediation to solve conflicts.
