New elements have been added to this year’s Richard Stoute Teen Talent competition.
Technical Officer Randy Eastmond says two lucky contestants will be awarded the Richard Stoute Award and the Spouge Award.
He says while there’s been a marked increase in patronage, he wants the public to attend the final rounds of competition, which are set to feature live bands.
