New equipment has been procured by the Barbados Fire Service to meet new challenges created by electric vehicles.
Fire Chief Errol Maynard made the revelation at the Chief Fire Officer Parade and Awards Ceremony at the Arch Hall Fire Station in St. Thomas.
The Awards Ceremony formed part of a slate of activities commemorating the Fire Service’s 69th anniversary.
