Member of Parliament for St. James North Edmund Hinkson and Senator Chad Blackman say there is no indication of a general election on the horizon.
But Mr. Blackman says both he and Mr. Hinkson collaborate daily on the way forward for the constituency.
He says he intends to build on the legacy in the northern constituency.
Senator Blackman was speaking at a Family Fun Day held for those within the St. James North constituency.
