Member of Parliament for St. Philip West Kay McConney is hopeful the housing solution at Searles, Christ Church, will address many issues facing some homeowners across the island.
She says there will be 134 lots available with cost effective houses that should be fire, termite and water-resistant on the allotted 18.3 acres of land.
Ms. McConney says housing solutions contribute to a person’s quality of life and dignity.
