There’s a major change at the helm of two-time defending BFA Premier League Champions Weymouth Wales, ahead of the upcoming 2025 season.
The top local football club, which also won the Champions Cup knockout tournament last season, is set to appoint Asquith Howell as its new head coach.
The former Barbados Defence Force Sports programme boss has met with Wales management and is expected to host a session with the players tonight.
Howell succeeds Carlos Jackman who has won six titles with the champion side.
There has been no official word as to the switch in the head coaching job.
The 2025 BFA season kicks off on Sunday.
