Call for creative arts to be part of education for the deaf community

A Government Minister believes the creative arts should be a part of the island’s education system for the deaf community.

Through it, citizens express their ideas and emotions by way of a physical medium, like painting, sculpture, writing or photography.

Minister of People Empowerment and Elder Affairs, Kirk Humphrey says the arts should not be viewed as a fling but as it’s important.
