A group of tourists had a frightening encounter today when the taxi they were travelling in suddenly caught fire.
The incident happened on the Errol Barrow Highway just after midday.
Joe Carvin one of the passengers hailed the Barbados Fire Service for their swift response.
One fire tender led by Fire Officer Christopher Corbin from the Bridgetown Fire Station responded to the incident.
