Two babies were born so far on Christmas Day this year.
Around 12:52 a.m., 18-year-old Tamara Bailey gave birth to her son Jomar Fenty, who was the first baby to be born at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Christmas Day. He came at 7 pounds one ounce.
Bailey, a first time mother, says she is feeling happy and blessed.
The second Christmas baby, which is a girl, was born around 8:24 a.m.
