DLP hosting events in honour of founder

President of the Democratic Labour Party Senator Andre Worrell describes National Hero and Father of Independence the Right Excellent Errol Walton Barrow, as the ultimate parliamentarian and a visionary. He says there are a number of things Mr. Barrow spoke of during his reign as Prime Minister which are still applicable today. And Mr. Worrell says the same self-actualisation Mr. Barrow championed, must be done by today’s youth, especially in the area of education. He was also a guest on today’s Mornin’ Barbados. Mr. Worrell notes the DLP will be hosting a number of events in Mr. Barrow’s honour. Celebrations began with a church service yesterday, and will continue with the Errol Barrow Memorial Lecture this evening at the Errol Barrow Centre for Creative Imagination.
