There is one case of foot-and-mouth at a primary school in the City. This was confirmed by the Ministry of Health and Wellness, which reported that three others presented with rashes from the St. Ambrose Primary. The Ministry of Education advised the students in nursery and reception to remain home, so those areas of the school can be sanitised. Parents and guardians are asked to make the necessary arrangements for their children, as well as to monitor their children for any symptoms and present them immediately for medical treatment.
